How to request support
Please include the product name, version, CAD or BIM platform, operating system, and a concise description of the problem. Screenshots, sample files, command-line messages, or steps to reproduce the issue help us respond more accurately.
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and whether the issue happens repeatedly.
Add the CAD or BIM product name, product version, Windows version, and FWCAD software version.
Send screenshots, logs, or sample drawings when they are safe to share.
DIMTool support details
For FWCAD DIMTool, include the AutoCAD version, the tool used, the selected workflow, and any warnings shown in the command line.
If the issue involves dimension arrangement, include the layout mode, direction preference, clearance preset, placement area, and whether the selected dimensions are aligned or rotated dimensions.
If the issue involves part dimensioning, include the chain type, direction option, and the kind of selected geometry such as lines, polylines, arcs, circles, or blocks.
When possible, attach screenshots or a small sample drawing that shows the selected geometry and the result you expected.
